Produced by Ortek for the IDF. It can also be seen in photos with French troops on FAMAS rifles in the 90s. French examples do not have the Ortek info plates.

Manual for the use of the HITEYE 1500 on the Galil. Note the scope on the cover does not make use of a M16 carry handle style mounting system. Not clear if the mount makes use of rings or STANAG style mounting system.
